We are now on the second volume of “Fushigi no Maria-kun”!  There are nine chapters total in this series. Hopefully we’ll be able to finish it before the end of the year.  Haha! This is truly a challenging series. The redraws, translation, and typesetting are all horrendous.  But I think it’s worth it. This story is very heartwarming and Shiina Dai’s dialog is always a treat to translate. At last we make a big move in the story! And Nagi’s suffering intensifies. Poor, poor Nagi.  Hmm…what’s Vincent up to? I haven’t decided whether he’s suspicious or not. So far he seems like a really nice but tragic figure. It’s been a while since we had a chapter of “Yukarism”.  The series is currently on hiatus, so I decided there was no urgent need for releases.  It looks like Shiomi-sensei has recovered enough to start drawing again (a new chapter of “Nanatsu Kururi” came out in the latest issue of Itan) and she spoke on Twitter about finishing the manuscript for the end of an unnamed series…hmm…But keep in mind that Shiomi-sensei currently has three series running.
