Ouran High School Host Club Chp 72 Translation

Here’s my scanlation for Ouran Koukou Host Club chp 72. Again, I don’t guarentee this translation is 100% so please don’t get upset with me. Again, I hope I captured the spirit of the events. If you find any translations errors, as always, I ask that you leave a nice comment or send me a nice e-mail. Please do not re-distribute this, but you may link to this post.

  1. Hi there,

Yay, a scanlation😀 I thought only MR3 was doing scanlations – thanks for you hardwork!

Yay! Ouran love! I can start my holidays on a high note🙂

    Thanks again,

P.S. Are you the same kuroneko-chan from FRoP?

  2. I just read through your scanlation — great job!

Of course, I'm SUPER interested in seeing what happens next. I wonder if we're getting anywhere near the end of this long-running series…

  3. No problem all. I'm glad you enjoyed it. To be honest I just couldn't wait for the other scanlation team to put the translation out. Hopefully, MR3 will get back on track so I can stick to ZHD and Arakure. Though, I may have ticked their translator off …sigh…

The current information I have is that there are a total of 84 chapters planned. That means there's at least a year left of the series since each chapter comes out monthly. (Dear gosh, I hope I don't become the English scanlator for this … it's a big commitment — especially whenever I get a job …)

I, too, am eager to see how the mangaka resolves Haruhi x Tamaki. The degree to which Tamaki freaked out, makes things very difficult. At least one of them has to have their feet on the ground (so to speak) to get the relationship moving.

@Marianne — No, I'm not from FRoP. It's just me, Post-it notes, a scanner, and Photoshop.

  4. Good to know there's about a year's worth of time to tie any loose ends, like Tamaki x Haruhi and how the rest of the gang deals with that (particularly Kaoru and Hikari).

Anyway, keep up the good work and good luck with all the portfolio work — I'm trying to get mine up this month, too!
