Here is Chapter 1 of “Orange Chocolate,” our newest project. Sapphire Pyro wrote a great introduction to the series on Hyper Parfait. Many thanks to Pyro!
Just a warning, the main female character, Chihiro, does refer to herself in the third person. I wouldn’t interpret this as she’s being narcissistic, so much as in her head she is still 4-yrs old. I think we’ve all seen quite a few manga and anime series in which little kids refer to themselves in the 3rd person. For me it was a bit off-putting at first, but now I see that it’s just part of Chiro’s charm. My hope is as the story progresses, Chiro will mature and quit talking like a 4-year old. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Aside of the main girl's childish behaviour, I too agree and hope she grows out it as the story goes on. The story does look promising though!

I loved this chapter. *O* The drawings are beautiful and the story seems interesting. I found this chapter touching and the cliffhanger at the end makes me think this story will be exciting.

I guess she's more of being childish instead of narcissistic. Perhaps her mentioning herself in third person annoys me so much that I've been jumping to bizarre conclusions =_= I've seen other characters who are also like that, and they also annoy me (there may be exceptions but I can't recall them at the moment). Hopefully as the story progresses, she will quit talking like that.
Personally, I think the main female character is one of the cutest in shoujo manga. ;D
I can't wait for the next chapter, this series is really interesting~
