Junketsu + Kareshi Chapter 3

Wow! There are two beautiful introductory pages in this chapter and this series will appear on the cover of Aria 12!  I can’t wait to see what Shouto-sensei comes up with!  This is a fun series so far :).  There is something I’d like to comment on about this chapter, but I’ll wait a couple of days for people to read it so I don’t spoil the chapter for everyone.

  1. Thankyou so much for the release, I really enjoyed it, this story has so many layers to it, it becomes more interesting every chapter, thankyou Omari Sister's

  2. Thanks for the chapter. It's getting even more interesting now. I just hope it can keep this pace. I don't wish it to turn out like the “other” vampire mangas.

  3. Thank you so much for your hard work
this series is becoming more interesting with every chapter
I want to read the next chapter already XD
I love the series with vampires

  4. Thank you! To be honest, I was a bit disappointed with this chapter. In my opinion, this series is well done but not very original. It's only the beginning though. It's difficult to tell how it will turn out at this point.

  5. @Caroline — I don't think every series has to be original to be good. I get a great amount of joy out of well done commonplace stories.

What I am worried about with this story is whether Aki will be watered down. I think it would be original if he remains a vampire in name and nature throughout the whole story. I will be torqued if this degenerates into some stupidity in which Aki decides to curb or get rid of his vampire/demonic nature. I will be torqued if Kana tries to make him do that. I like how Kana is rolling along with Aki being a vampire. I'd like to see Kana accept her roll as Aki's servant and for the two of them, as vampire and servant, to get on with the ass-kicking and the Kana biting. I want to see Kana get spoiled by her new found powers and eventually give into darkness and make the decision to throw away her humanity. I don't mean that she becomes evil or heartless or loses her fundamental
“goodness”, what I mean is that she becomes a vampire's servant and does what she's supposed to do.

  6. Sorry if this is a double post. I think I lost my comment to Blogger.

LOL @ the 'After School Nightmare' tag. I like subtleness.

@Omari's Sister: Haha, you're making me want to see Kana dripping with blood defending Aki. Yes, I see some
    epic battle scenes coming up.

  7. @Kuma-chan — blogger auto-fills tags. It was supposed to be just “school.” Hahaha! “Magnolia” is more reminiscent of “Afterschool Nightmare” (BTW: that one of my favorite seris).

I so hope we get to see “Battle-Kana.” I really want her to learn to fight and stand up for herself and protect Aki and Eriya. I think a sense of purpose is what Kana wants.

  8. I think Kana will embrace her powers, she doesnt really seem phased by being turned into a vampire servent, she got her running ability back and its not like she is with a vampire she doesnt love in reality its her first love, I think she will slowly embrace her powers as she learns to use them accordingly, she will use them because in the end she will protect her first love, normal people would be like WTH she has yet to say WTH to the whole train of the events, so most likely she will embrace her new life, also it is not like she has a choice she cant return to being human

  9. Thank you so much on picking such wonderful series!!! Its been a while since I last came across with something as good as this one!!!

  10. Thanks so much for the translations! i love this already, i think its great and i cant wait to see how the rest turns out.. (in my opinion; depending on how long this series will be i think it could be a awsome anime if they ever turned it into one) please keep up the good work and thanks again!
