Under normal circumstances, we would not touch any series from Shueisha because of over-representation in scanlation and licensed content.  I’m taking a gamble that this series will not be licensed because the main characters are in their mid and late 30s. This is from the same mangaka who brought us “Sunadokei” (“The Hour Glass” or “Sand Chronicle”) and “Piece”. Haha! Hopefully this won’t go off the rails like “Sunadokei” did. And now, for a change of pace, we have the next chapter “Kerberos in the Silver Rain”. This chapter has a brief adult moment, but I don’t think it’ll do any permanent damage given what’s shown on US television these days. In this chapter our highly skill commandos head into Forbidden Zone 03 to take on the infiltrators! This is one of the few action mangas that I can follow the action in the drawings. Here is the second chapter of “Nanatsu no Kururi”.  It’s a short, but sweet chapter showcasing more of Sumire’s incredible kindness. I love how he doesn’t judge the subject of this story.  In a way it seems almost like a Biblical New Testament parable. If only people in real life were this lovely. This is the last of the josei series we are debuting at this time. This one came out of nowhere in Haruca magazine.  I started reading the first chapter and I couldn’t stop.  I strongly felt that this could be a special series, so I jumped on it without hesitation. I hope the rest of the series lives up to the promise of the first chapter. Haruca comes out quarterly, so expect chapters once every three months.  The next chapter will release in Japan in early September. We were originally going to release this series on Bakeneko’s Lair, but the violence and sexual content is on par with “Yukarism”, which I think is fine for teenagers. This has nothing to do with this manga or Omari’s Sister, but go see “Pacific Rim”. It’s the funnest movie of the summer season IMHO. I’ve been spamming the heck out of everyone on Tumblr with it.
