Halloween Special Feature #1: "Furou Kyoudai"

Here is the first of our Halloween special one-shots — “Furou Kyoudai” (“The Furou Siblings”).  There are actually two versions of this one-shot.  I choose to do the short version for now because I was quite impressed that the mangaka was able to tell a full story in 16 pages.  The longer version is 40 pages and we will release it sometime in November or December.  Anyhow… Links to “Furou Kyoudai” short version: (Zip) (PDF) The second of our Halloween special one-shots, “Guardian Joker” will be released very soon. Favorite New Series Poll Results and "Pika Ichi"

Here are the results of the poll about what your favorite new series is: Magnolia 28% (87 votes)Pika Ichi 26% (80 votes)Junketsu + Vampire 46% (145 votes) I’m not surprised that “J+K” won by a wide margin. Here’s “Pika Ichi” chapter 3. Hopefully, this series is not settling into a pattern. Hopefully, things will get shaken up a bit in chapter 4. I would like to see some deep meaning to Dougen’s actions other than he’s just mean and controlling. Joshua’s Wife Explained

I went back and checked on the origins of Anna, Joshua’s wife.  Well I confused “anna-sama” — that high society person way over there which I took to mean Josuha (a complete brain fart — it truly makes no sense that way) — with Anna-sama — a high society women named Anna.  UGH!!!!  I’m so sorry!!!  And I’m terribly embarrassed!  So… with one confused word, Anna’s whole back-story disappeared.  Anyhow…I corrected it and uploaded a new version of chapter 15.  Here’s the important page explaining Anna (Click on image to see full-sized): Updated ZHD Chp 15 (Link) Continue reading Joshua’s Wife Explained
